Magnolia Way Farm, located in the Brandy Station District of Culpeper, Sits on 10 peaceful acres that overlook Benzinger Pond. We offer incredible scenery along with a spacious 2400 square foot newly built barn. Dressing Areas for both bride & Groom.

William (Billy) Tatum
After 20+ years working for the Stafford County School system, it comes as no surprise that Billy is extremely caring, hardworking and absolutely loves to help others whenever he can get the chance.
He is a devoted father, grandfather and husband to his beloveded wife, Stephanie.
You can always find him around the farm making sure Stephanie is happy and the venue is in tip top shape for our wonderful clients, friends and family.
